It is an early DJ cap in my opinion and the tag (if I think this is what the photo
says) is the early type.
According to the official early 1934 regulations: the top is held together with
three buttons, and there are press-buttons in the top for each flap (der Deckel
ist mit drei Druckknöpfen zusammengehalten, ebenso werden die Klappen zu
beiden Seiten mit je einem Druckknopf festgehalten).

what you show is the regulation tag, but if it is an original one
I cannot say.
The cap is being made by:
A 2/1249 Rudolf Linder, 02-29-36 04-22-39
Inh. Eugen Linder,
Haan b. Düsseldorf
In 1939 the name for the concern changed somewhat.
The concern got its permission in February 1936, so the
cap must have been made then or a later date!

Hey Wim, I have seen this RZM tag online below. It has been on a few bread bags I have come across in prior years. Would it have been proper or within regulations for the HJ to use it without the diamond. I have seen dealers and people list this RZM tag shown on bags as SS type / Political / HJ. Just wondering your thoughts on it.

About Brotbeutel, I would not know as I am not interested in equipment.
About the DJ cap: I checked 1936 information en the press-buttons were
mentioned to be there: three on top, and on each side one for the flap.
See now about Brotbeutel: the tag for SA should have the SA symbol,
PO the eagle and HJ the diamond, the tag for HJ says: Brotbeutel nach
Vorschrift der Reichs-Jugend-Führung. This is 1936. If these tags were
still in use in later years I do not know.
Can't find it for later years.
Seller and I were not able to get together on this deal. Thanks for those who gave their opinions and knowledge. Cheers! Rossi

Too bad Rossi. I think you were more than fair.
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated
