Hi Dave, I am sorry but I am not keen on this item. I have never seen wartime armed forces china marked on the front like this. It is always marked on the underneath in black from what I have observed.

There are a lot of dubious items of china coming, I think, from Eastern Europe with fake eagles added to them. I have recently seen good original DAF china ruined by the addition of fake Luftwaffe eagles onto the front, in order to make it more saleable.

Looks the eagle is under the glaze. Usually the fakes made over the glaze.
I've seen once a original KM mug with KM eagle, but I don't remember the color of eagle

Hi Guys, I honestly think you need to be wary of china nowadays. There are fakes with the markings under the glaze now.
