    Yes it is Harry who knows why too these in about any condition are difficult to find. Makes you wonder why someone would remove the Co2 bottle that inflates it perhaps to demill it who knows. The rest is normal hard wear. too bad the KM stamps are so worn out but they are where they are supose to be. timothy
