Looks like a nice Junhans , but I wouldn't get fooled by the U Boat story, yes, its a possibility, but U boat ones had 2 second hands, for obvious reasons.
Its a KM stop watch, used for a multitude of things, Retail price £150-175 if working. If its not working 60-75 ........good luck
