    I'm not saying they are incorrect but my understanding of "late war" straps, the hooks were made from wire bent into the shape of the hook.

    I think these buckles are made out of steel? If that helps date them?

    I believe the early hooks like this were made from steel and some were made from aluminum.

    Hi guys

    first of all, the end strap is post war Austrian (so not correct)

    The rest of the Y straps look ok, however, I do find the maker mark somewhat curious..... mostly the late war ones are RB numbered....
    I've seen them with maker marks like this until 42 but not later....

    The hooks are ok for late war Y-straps, but the aux. straps rings and buckle do look aluminium....

    The stitching at the aux. straps is also consistent with late war ones...

    So no final verdict from me, although I do tend to say correct ones (apart from the end-strap that is)
