Looks like there is no firing pin?
Nice gun. Here is mine
Looking for the photo albums of Leutnant Emil Freitag, 3. / G.R. 377
The firing pin is not situated on the hammer.
Check on the one I was offering for sale here;
German WO I and WOII Signal pistols in working order. - Militaria Collectibles buy - sell at War Relics
DTVPKING Looks like you are right the firing pin has been removed on this one I never looked have had it since 92 or so Hadn't planed on firing a old war relic like this one anyway. I have no clue what happened to it I would ask who I got it from the Vet ww2 but he has long passed. He had this and a police SHako but it was stored in a basement and hurt the condition of it . Thanks for your observance. timothy
Nice flare gun
Yes it is not going to fire it anyway who knows what happened to the pin. Vets tinkered a lot. timothy
