    LBA is the Luftwaffe acceptance stamp and 38 is the date 1938

    Yes it was produced in 1937 and accepted by a Luftwaffen Bekleidungsamt in 1938...

    JP has it correct, made in 37 and accepted into Luftwaffe service in 38. Nice pouch and good to see such a clean LBA stamp.

    Hello again,
    To be complete, the lack of capital letter between parenthesis does not allow us to know where this ammo pouch has been accepted...
    For example : L.B.A. (B) 38 for the Berlin L.B.A. in 1938...

    Nice early Luft pouch Greek I have a similar one I posted here while back Luft or KM are not as easily found as others in my opinion they are quite rare. Nice find! timothy
