    I don't think it is german.
    It does not have the pouch for an extra clip on the side.
    It does not have the holder for the take down tool on the inside of the top flap.
    I am not sure what it is.

    I have my doubts also. It just does not look "German". I got his item offered from a person in Belarus. He is a ok bloke. Ithink this is what he has been told. Wonder what it is then. Thanks Seve.

    It nearly looks like it could be hand-made. It certainly doesn't look to be an issued piece.

    I have a book that shows 31 different luger holsters from different countries and it doesn`t match any of them.I think it`s a home made one too as the stitching is irregular...JMHO...Pete.
