Map case Meldekartentasche M35 by Sachs & Deisselberg Hamburg 1942 - need help with signature

Here is my new map case maker marked Sachs & Deisselberg Hamburg 1942.
It has some wear, but still complete.

There is a faint signature on the inner flap Uftz.Franke.... (?) F.R... (?) - I tried getting the writing more legible using photoshop but still I can't read much.

Any help in getting it deciphered would be appreciated - thanks !

I decipher Uffz Franke FP 44382
Unteroffizier Franke Feldpostnummer 44382, which would be 3 Kompanie Bau-Pionier-Bataillon 415...
