Mapcase and eagle real or fake

I have been offered the map case and eagle. I have never seen this eagle before. Eagle is silver wire.The guy said it is off a Luft Officers flight suit. Any thoughts on the map case. Any thoughts. Gary

Impatience kills in this business, wait for the guys to give you their opinion. I´m just learning but... I dont like what I see (call me a pessimist . I havent seen as many as the more experienced guys, think the stamp in the mapcase looks suspicious, and don´t like the eagles grip of the swastika... But I may be wrong..

Jan did the Germans use the buckle that is on the back of the map case or is that British. I agree the stamps do look suspicious. The penny and the flag are good.Thanks for the help. Gary

the eagle looks copy, i have that same stamper, no reason for it to be on a map case

Colt45 is this a copy of a real eagle used on flight suits or a fantsy piece.The eagle is stitched to a gray wool material. I dont like the stamps but is this a WWII german map case ? Gary
