MG42 AA sight Original?

Just picked this up. It is stamped different than others I have seen/own

What's the paint like on it? I'm not sure of the marking, but has it got the post war Yugoslavian paint job?

Late war AA sights were indeed stamped, and not as well made as the early ones.
A lot of the Mg42 ones were stamped, most of the Mg34 ones were more sturdy like the one in the top right of your first picture.
Looks original to me, most repros have a flat base, no angles at the bottom for easy installation.
But there are lot of repros out and about!
