On the main strap you need to twist and re-attach the end.
The leather should be on the inside (to protect the strap from wearing out).

I know guys, but the leather is so dry that if i touch it it wil break.. it allready started to crumble on the sides.

You can try the following: Lederfett + Terpentine
The Terpentine makes sure the "fett" gets into the leather and makes it supple.... of course when it is too dry nothing helps....
