but they forgot the buttonholes and buttons......

I have seen them without grommets, but not in this condition.... unfinished example ??

Just wondering: are the buttonholes in the hole for the head present ?? (the opening in the middle)

Quite odd having no button holes but i've seen a few without buttons!...
