At first glance, I would say that somebody has painted a reproduction railway Adler. One certainly hopes that nobody has painted a genuine piece at least...

Leave it mate, it's junk.

Sorry, from those pictures posted I can't tell either way.
If you are going to view look for a makers stamp on the back and it may give you an idea.
Of all the reproductions I have come across this one seems to have a bit of detail not found on repro's
I will post the pictures here before they are lost forever
All the best

I agree now with Big Ned that I can have a blown up view of them, it does look like a reproduction.
Cheap enough for £25...
Thanks for posting the pics Doug.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
No Problems Ade,
I have found on a lot of forums that the pictures that are hosted off the site disappear in time and then we never know what we are looking at.
I thought it best to pull them off the auction site for posterity
All the best
Doug
To me repo.
I really do not like this type of auction sites to them everything is the real deal.

I think 25 Pounds is a decent price for a repro. You'd definitely
have to remove all the crummy paint from it.........

Steve.
