I would leave it be. Repairing it will not increase its value.
JMHO.

"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated
My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them

Return it.........?

I hope you aren't trying to get a good seal on the mask in order to wear it...you don't want to breathe through that old filter, friend...
cheers, Glenn
no I just want to get it looking better,
I don't want to wear it I jut want to fix it and atleast take the large tear out
if you want to improve how it looks, you can arrange it in a display on an agle that cuts off or covers the tear. Trying to repair would be a real pain
my grandpap actualy works at a rubber/latex company would it be worth it if he looked at it?
Have your grandfather look at it, and ask him about the meaning of the words "Please & Thank You"...
cheers, Glenn
Sorry! thanks guys I wasn't trying to be rude I do appreciate your helping me!
more than you guys will know
