new Y strap RME 45

Hi guys

I've been looking for an example like this for a long time, and finally managed to get one !!!

This one closes my (leather Y's) collection nicely as I got one from every year now (1939 u/i 1945)



and the marking of course

now I only got to figure out who RME was.....

btw, this is one of the exception maker marks which don't have small letters but capitals

The maker also produced k98 pouches (RME 44 and 45) , belts, and K43 pouches of which I also have one

And the D rings seem to be a lighter gauge metal
