New Y-strap set

Received this nice set of Y-straps today, the set is in very good condition en the leather is nice and supple.
The size numbering on the long straps are still clearly visible and the set is nicely marked with RFNr.

Does anybody know exactly when RF numbers were used (which time period)?

And were RF numbers followed up by RB numbers ? (i mean with the same producer)
