sorry unsure where to post
Bit of an awkward one where to post a watch, maybe here Discussions at War relics forum
Hi Kev,
It's a certified Luftwaffe type B-101 (B-UHREN) pilots watch circa 1942. Wempe were commissioned to produce these watches as were 4 other companies IWC, A.Lange & Sohn, Laco and Stowa.
These watches had to be extremely precise to be able to calculate geographical longitude and each one was certified by the Kreigsmarine Observatory.
The numbers on the face and the hands would have been originally been coated in Radium paint, but this gradually dissappears over the years, and the example above has been crudely over painted with silver paint at some point that will affect the value somewhat.
Regards, Ned.

Not really. You've got the info, do a web search. Bear in mind it's been messed with.
Cheers, Ned.
