    Some Army leather items like belts were initially in brown, but a July 1943 order required them to be switched to black. A prominent example of this was the brown officer belts. They would not have wanted to buy new holsters in black, so many would have redyed brown holsters black to match their new belts.

    That's a good 45 or 50 mm belt for an officer of the army, it fits with your P.08 holster...

    Hello,

    The marker's mark "D in a house" of the buckle stands for "Haus Diecke" after the war until the 1970s produced .. CTD would be before 1945 in my opinion ..
    The Belt is imho BGS of the FRG, post-war
