Practice grenade or theater prop?

What do you think of this neat little thing? Is this an original practice grenade or something else?

I'd say it is a practice grenade, an odd one, but original.

I think a theatre prop would have more detail... which would not have been necessary on a practice grenade.

I'd say that its also a practice grenade, doesnt look realistic enough to be a prop, and props would more than likely be made out of rubber or resin. I'm unsure if its original or not, but it does have obvious ageing to it.

it is an east german early shool kids or fdj sport training granad, looks a bit like a wwii one but it is not

I'd say that its probably a good buy, can't imagine that theres a lot of these around and $25.00 is hardly breaking the bank
