"cxn" is the makers code for : Emil Busch A-G, Optische Industrie, Rathenow . A well known quality optics maker of the time. This marking was used post 1940 until 1945.

They aren't worth a fortune, so I wouldn't quite go shopping at the Mercedes dealership just yet, but they are in quite nice condition-including the brittle eye caps, so they're probably in the hundred dollar range, as they sit. If they had their carrying neck strap and the case, you could add another 50 on there safely. William

"KF" refers to the type of lubricant used inside them and the temperatures that they were good to.
KF = Kältefett Invarol to -20° C

H/6400 relates to optics and the scale allowing the user to estimate distances to targets. For example at 1000 meters the distance between two lines in the right reticle is 10 meters
