Hello, it is no secret that some Arbeitsdienstlagers had arts & crafts to be used for making a variety of items for Winterhilfswerk and unfortunate children, With that being said the sign posted could have been made in one of these type of settings.. However without provenance, a photo or otherwise it is just a sign made when, where and why at this point unknown.. G
