    Default riveted Y straps

    Hi guys

Just wanted to show my latest "score"

Not mint but nice riveted late war Y straps

    Here some pictures

    1st complete view

also an alternative way to fix the D-rings and as you can see, riveted leather O piece.

Also the end pieces on the main straps, and the small holding straps on the aux. straps are riveted

The back side of the leather O-rings which shows the rivets well

And lastly a close-up of the RB number (RB Nr 0/0576/003) only 3 numbers at the end.....

Any thoughts about who the maker is ??

    Hope you enjoy it

    Tom

Hi Tom, all I can give you is a general location for the RB code in this case.

0576 is certainly in the Hessen-Nassau region. It might possibly have been located in the town of Halgar.

    Very nice item!

    Cheers, Ade.
