I'm seriously at a point where I'm downright apprehensive about sharing my pick-ups here for fear of being pounced upon and skewered...

    Rucksack-Found Helmet Net...

    Hi Glenn,

The helmet net you have is of austrian post war origin.
It is the second version and was introduced in or around 1975.

    Best regards

Nice Find!! The only thing I've ever found in a rucksack was a dried up corn kernel.
