Considering the pics, I have serious doubts about the all set in fact.
more pics with the shovel out of its carrier would be nice (front & back).
one pic showing the back of the carrier also.
Maker lhg was a shipyard.
I can barely comment on the shovel when in the carrier, but concerning the markings, they're a bit odd IMO. Not sure through, the maker is originally stamped IMO, but the 1939 date looks strange, both number 9 use a different font, and Waffen-amt is odd also (according to my Waffen-Amt official list, there's no WaA765).
On the carrier, this configuration of belt loops sewn outside, on the front part, is not unusual, but this feature is more commonly seen on WWI carriers. Does it have an open back or not ?
