I have spent the day outside cleaning up two German bunker stoves I have stored up in my shed for a while. They came out of german bunkers here on the Island of Jersey, they are the standard bunker stove made by W Ernst Haas & Sohn, Neuhoffnungshutte, model Wt 80 k 222. After cleaning they looked good enough tobring in doors..... so I did. I have put one in each of the fireplaces in my hall. So far no one else has noticed. I am sure there will be hell to pay when they are spotted but for the moment I am just walking around the house with a silly smirk on my face.

I have a habit of making things "appear" in the lounge room while my wife's at work....takes her a while to notice, but when she does I just tell her it's been there for yonks!!!!! Same with new helmets that arrive....she doesn't notice the different helmet on display!!!

Super cool bunker stove,I have a bit of a military/civi cooker colection.Mostly post WW2.Something different.
Also love your Russian/Soviet Maxim.A real beauty mate.
