Good point, I had not noticed that to be honest... But the shape is "K98 style" in form, maybe one of the similar Polish or Czech rifles?

The shell case with the scalloped base is a flare gun(German?)

Bang on GIZMO, its a Gewehr but a 43 not a 98 i think.

You can tell the colour from the dimples around the edge. No dimples, half, or full is white, green or red. But I can't remember which is which..........by Wagriff
