Is this something from WW2 ?

Article about: I found these boxes,in a estate where the old guy collect german WW2 stuff. The name on the box is Pintsch Berlin. Any know what it is ? regards mich

    It's certainly very similar to the known Würzburg radar regulator, but it's not a match. Look at it carefully and compare. It has a totally different set of connectors for a start, which would certainly mean it was intended for a different installation. They are all made by the same company, Pintsch, and they are all the same thing (carbon pile voltage regulators), so they all look very much alike.

    I know absolutely nothing about the specifications of the Würzburg radar system, but from the link Ned gave (which is all i am going by), the evidence would say it isn't part of it.
