I agree with Chris, you can see the raised bumps at the corners of the lettering. If this was done at the factory, they would have polished it down during production. Bob

I was addicted to the "Hokey-Pokey" but I've turned
myself around.
An original example , not nearly as wordy as the first spoon posted , they enjoyed their abbreviations and symbolisms in the TR . German is also the King of scribble languages .
And a lovely spoon indeed , with provenance . Always good to show originals in this hobby where fakers stamp silverware with every type of SS or nazi bullsh*t imaginable . Thanks for sharing .
