On my phone couldn't make that out
I would doubt that if this was a POW piece, they would be putting "SS" runes on it. Just MHO...

I think these items are coming from one old collection from a man gatherings items found on flea markets, but before the flea market, all is possible.
On a French site, one young man found on a flea market one canteen from one SS KL officer. A fake of course.

I don't think anyone would mark a spoon in such a way . It would make it very difficult or impossible to clean .
