I also will agree with Ade and Willem. It is just an old piece of flatware with poorly applied marks to decieve. It is also far to detailed for a piece of military untensils. The design was always fairly plain and austere.
The only thing I miss about Niemann was that hot female assistant he used to bring with him to the SOS. Years ago, there was a thread about her on one of the Forums.
