SS "Y" Straps.

There were specific Y straps made for early SS Cavalry and SS Musicians but probably used also by other SS branches.

I am asking because I am slowly.....very slowly trying to put together a nice combat display...I have hopes of picking up a SS camo parka after the first of the year,either Oak leaf A or Blurred edge in a Autumn/white configuration and was curious if I could use any WW2 Y straps(not Luft) or if SS had their own.

For such set-up you have to use a WH Y strap.They fit perfectly!The ones I'm referring in my previous post ,were only for the earlyer SS and used more on the black dress tunics.
