Here's the new pictures. I gave the dry wood a single quick coat of BLO and gave the metal a wipe with oil.

Only downside of it is the top pierced collar is a little loose. Anyone know how or if it can be tightened?

When i am going to start placing my permanent mannequins later this year, i am going to get myself a couple of these g24`s.
I found two Smoke? g24 in a pond some years ago, but i gave them to a friend of mine.

Another thing, I bought an original inert BZ39 fuse to go along with it. I paid full price for it, but it will look good on my grenade.

The top cap should be held on with small tack-like nails for this model I believe.

There were two variations to how the top cap was secured to the handle.

Early was the Screw Pin Attachment.

Starting in 1942, they began being produced with a Pierced Tab Attachment.

The bottom cap threads are fixed with small tack-like nails.
