    Guys,

Got this 'throbnobulator', does anyone have any idea what it is for, I thought boots (puller) but its not very practical, Horses (one of those bits that goes in the mouth or just something for garroting people which it would also do!

The one side fits inside the other very neatly and as a result it is compact.

    Any takers?

My Grandpa (Pompa) was a cop in New York for 25 years starting in 1928, He still had his set, They were really good at controlling people when/if they got out of line.
