Not entirely true, as K98 pouches are normally not WaA stamped, while a lot of cavalry items (Zaumzeug, Saddle etc) is WaA stamped

Yes, that's interesting- some field gear were WaA stamped, some were not. I.e. 20l jerrycans, the Wasser kanisters had WaA stamp, Krafstoff ones did not. This also goes for cavalry or other horse related items- all leather pieces I have found, were WaA marked, but I have never seen WaA stamps on fabric or metal details. Where there any basic regulations for what should be marked with WaA and what shouldn't?
