This is a VERY complex subject! The sight you have is certainly correct for the 'family' of 10.5cm guns it appears you have been looking for. The question is what exact type? Naval, Flak or Field? I'll leave that to you, it'll take careful reading of all the information on the sight and cross referencing to tie it down.
