Unknown Karabiner

Article about: Hello everyone. Got a piece of ground dug mystery on my hands. It's some sort of equipment karabiner, the left side (unfortunately the top of the hook is broken) looks like the water bottle

    Hello everyone.

    Got a piece of ground dug mystery on my hands. It's some sort of equipment karabiner, the left side (unfortunately the top of the hook is broken) looks like the water bottle one and the right side has a broader lip that closes on a pin protruding from the frame. Into the jaws of the right side was stuck an aluminium grommet that (i guess) was fixed onto some strap that rotted...

    So here it is. unknown piece of Al

    If anyone can help me with the identity of this thing and maybe with a picture of a complete one, i'd be in great debt.

    So, that is some kind of signals equipment's stripe. Or some kid of other carring belt's piece

    I have not a picture, but the straps are similar to the Tornister straps, instead of hook for the ammopouch there is a piece of steel with the hole, where that belt fastening, sometime it fastening trough the leather. So it's similar to ammopouch hook, but with lock
