Unknown napsack/bread type bag

Article about: Hello, can anyone please help me I.D this bag? It was sold to me as a medic's bread bag but, it does not look like a common bread bag. It exhibits similar buckles & straps to other Germa

    they seem to like fabrik straps with rivets for the buckle prong,and i have some leather straps from there that have the keeper that uses small metal loops vice the leather loops of the Germans.

    Its very similar to the one I posted originally, almost identical in fact. I thought the fittings looked German! There is some kind of marking inside the flap but it is too faint to make out.

    i think its safe to assume that it is from an axis country of some sort
