Was walking in a forest by Bitburg and came across a fox hole and find the stuff in the picture. The stuff still has some green paint on it

The last time I walked in the woods, all I found was trash and raccoon poop on this side of the pond

Can someone tell me what it is? I see maybe or it looks like the bottom to a mess kit a couple of aluminum bottles and a old cook pot. timothy
