It's possibly a Durowa calibre 202 movement. As has been mentioned, it's may be from the correct period and may have been used by the military but isn't military issue. The make BEHA was made Germany and Switzerland according to this site Mikrolisk - The horological trade mark index
The watch I'm wearing at the moment looks similar however, it's civilian so the dial isn't black (as you'd expect for a military watch) and only the hands are radium filled, it dates from the late 1950s so I'd expect your watch to be earlier.
