    Under the bag, you have one tab, it's linked with the belt, often missing.

    The fur is from cow or horse as far as i remember. It was called the "Monkey" or "Affe" in German. Made for all branches ,also political, and for many purposes. Millions were made. That is why they are relatively cheap. Maybe you know all this already
