Doesn't look like the common German 7 to 9 spot welds and folded ears on back to me looks more Dutch or Finn maybe I am not familiar with that mark with German ones that hole in blade is typical of Finn ones as they used a belt clip on them. Hopefully Tom or JP will weigh in.
THX - looked at some Dutch and Finnish shovels, still no match - but I agree, it's not German.
Funny thing is; the seller is selling this as a "M51 Hungarian" shovel (there is no M51 - he meant M50 I guess), but my gut is telling me that this one is pre 1945... but I could be way off.
