    Good point, but I know nothing about medical equipment. IMO I was personally thinking a tire changing implement? As the hooks could lift the bead up over the rim rather quickly. But its just a guess. Regards

    I know! It's a Nazi burglar's tool for B&E! Well...perhaps not, but it obviously is made for prying and pulling something. It's an annoying photo, as I Know that I've seen such a thing before, but I'll be damned if I can remember just what it is! lol
