Yeah I think so I used to have a similar one and that was what it was Artillery tool Spotter I think has nailed it. timothy

It is exactly that. A wrench for the AZ23 fuse used on the 8.8cm FLAK round when used as artillery or in the Tiger/PaK. But not to set the delay. That is a single slot. Probably to tighten the fuse to the projectile.
