Ww2 signal morse lamp?

Hi,
in your opinion is this a ww2 german morse signal lamp?
Somebody saw me that this fabrik "Willy Ostermann - Hamburg 11" didn't made signal lamp during ww2. Is it really? In my opinion it is perfectly equal to ww2 lamp... What do you think?

I agree with Harry...I speculate that the MSW on the plate stands for "Marinescheinwerfer"...Navy Spot-Light...

somebody say me that the fabrik "Ostermann- Hamburg" was born after ww2 and for this motiv it is a postwar lamp...
Can you have notice? Have you info about this fabrik?
