Thanks Steve WWII liner post war decals from the 50's. The purple heart and bronze star are named .
Great finds those medals as well - all to the same man.........?
Regards,
Steve.
Yes the bronze star and the Purple Heart are named to the same man the good conduct is not named .It was framed when I bought it but it was falling apart and I didn't want the metals to fall off so I took it out of the frame. I will reframe it in a nice frame if I can find more history on the gentleman. The medals will always stay together as long as I have them . Gary

Phil the large group photo is from the 8th corps areal headquarters detachment Fort Sam Houston Texas
I like the WW1 era panoramic company photo. The local VA Hospital over here has a section in their lobby with a Huge number of these in it-I can spend hours there just standing there looking them over. A shame that this type of photo fell out of popularity and is almost never seen anymore. To frame one today, you would have to have a custom frame made. The little pocket checker board is cool too!
