Went to a local antique sale and found a few items. The A2 is newer but it fits great and the price was $65 US so how could I go wrong. Gary

I love Avirex. Bought one in the 80's. quality was great. Nice thick leather. Single panel back. Back then I spent more than that for mine. Great score.

My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them

Gary, nice A-2 - it's like new ! I have a couple of 'Cooper'
brand A-2's, although lately they are small on me
( size 40 )
Also have an Avirex US Navy G-1. It's a heavy,
warm jacket. Got it at a used clothing store
years ago for $17.95.........
Regards,
Steve.

Yeah, 48 a great size!
Ok...so it seems like some of you are getting a bit larger but I'm still a size 40. So....why don't you send me the ones that don't fit you anymore.
I'll pay shipping.

Map why would you want a jacket that could shrink . I'm surprised I thought the photo of the GI in front of the train would be more talked about . I bet that eagle was removed just after that photo was taken . Gary
Got a point t there Gary, but will take my chances
And yes, sure that baby was popped right off and put in a duffle bag.
