I think most flea markets are like that now. I hear stories from old timers, back in the 60's - 70's you could just find all kinds of German insignia, daggers, armbands, etc by the box full. Now flea markets are nothing but overpriced plastic airsoft guns, t-shirts, and cheap knives. Maybe not all of them, but the ones here in FL are like that.

Today's pickups, 1944 dated RAF large pack, RE shoulder title, AB64, Skill at Arms and Service Guide to Cairo named to a Pte Charles Chesters, RASC (14111763). Finally the most significant find, a sheaf of documents relating to procedures for KIA and missing soldiers, all dated to late 1940.
Amongst the file was this letter from the mother of a POW. It is the most heart breaking thing I've ever found:
