I found these while cleaning out an abandoned house. I'm not a collector and have no knowledge of them. I'd like to find out if they have any value. Can anyone identify them and give me some info?
Thanks,
Broadbill

Hi'welcome to the forum!I would say possible russian but 100% 1970s 80s.sorry no great value.hope this helps
They look like the ones you see at chernobyl lying on the ground
I would say most definitely Russian gas masks, and im pretty sure that they are 1970s issue because in 1980 they started making a new type of gas mask with the filter attached to the mask it self instead of having a can attached to a hose connecting it to the mask.
These masks are both 1970's/1980's Russian Childs Gas Masks, the one on the left is a PDF-D, and the one on the right is a PDF-Sh, as for value it probably won't be much due to these being very easy to find in new and unissued condition However, they are very nice finds
Thanks
Danny
