Here is one of the wheels, can someone tell me what it is for ?

Probably a cannon wheel, it looks to be way to big for a vehicle

Hi,unfortunately our local recycling centre wont allow anyone to remove anything from it.Its amazing what you see there.The irony is it ends up in an old quarry up the road.Dont see much recycling in that.Crazy !.

It looks more like a German half track road wheel to me.
SDKFZ.251 perhaps? Ron

Nah, its from either a Pak 38 or Pak 40, its identical to the diagram, this wheel was used to maneuver the gun into position before firing. It is similar to the wheels that guid the tracks on some armoured vehicles though
